“The Seagulls property in Villefranche is exactly what you would picture as the quintessential Cote D’azur property. You enter off a beautiful back alley in a large apartment overlooking the marina. The market and bakery are only steps away as are many fine restaurants. The apartment is air conditioned, which is a must in the summer months if you come from a colder climate. The train is just down the street and the bus into Nice is easy to take.”
